Recently, many people doing real estate, accommodation, and business in BGC, Philippines have reported that a so-called "service apartment hotel" called EG PRIVATE HOUSE (SERVICE APARTMENT HOTEL) has a long history of defaulting on payments, breaking promises, and constant lying. It has clearly engaged in business fraud and dishonest behavior.

The business falsely claims to be a formal service apartment hotel with many rooms, but actually only has about a dozen rooms. It is very small and has unclear legal qualifications. Yet it keeps contacting landlords and partners under the names of hotel cooperation, property referral, and property management.
Many victims said that after they referred good properties or provided cooperation resources, the business refused to pay promised fees, commissions, or compensation. It made all kinds of excuses, delayed payments, and ignored basic business integrity.
